Surf Cafe Loyalty Card
What is it?
When we sell coffee at large events, we get a lot of repeat custom over (say) a weekend. We thought it would be really cool for our repeat customers to get a free drink on us to thank them and reward their custom. So we created this digital loyalty card scheme. You can keep the card in your Apple or Google pay digital wallets, and use it at multiple shows (it won't expire).
How does it work?
The loyalty card is electronic so you keep it in your Google or Apple Wallet. So first register for the card (see below). Then for each hot drink you purchase we will digitally add one stamp to your loyalty card via our app when you present your digital loyalty card to us when ordering a hot drink. When you have collected 8 stamps (bought 8 hot drinks) you can then redeem your free hot drink of your choice.

How to add our loyalty card to Apple Wallet
(scroll down for Google Pay instructions)
Step 1: Launch your camera app on your iPhone
Step 2: Scan this QR Code:
(tip: if you cannot scan the QR code, just go to https://loyalty.is/rdlxi1)

Step 3: Tap on the notification banner and Safari will open automatically.
Step 4: Enter your details, tick the box to agree to terms and conditions.
Step 5: tap on the 'Join Now' button.
Step 6: wait a few seconds and you will then see your loyalty card
Step 7: tap 'Add' at the top right corner of the screen. IF YOU DON'T DO THIS THEN THE LOYALTY CARD WON'T APPEAR IN YOUR APPLE WALLET.
Step 8: Open your apple wallet application to check that the Surf Cafe loyalty card has been added.
How to add our loyalty card to Google Pay

Step 1: Launch your QR code reader app on your android phone (in most new phones, simply open your camera app and hover over the QR code below).
Step 2: Scan this QR Code:

Step 3: Look for the link that will appear on your screen. Follow the link.
Step 4: Enter your details, tick the box to agree to terms and conditions.
Step 5: tap on the 'Join Now' button.
Step 6: wait a few seconds and you will then see your loyalty card
Step 7: tap 'Save to G PAY' button.
Step 8: Tap Save. IF YOU DON'T DO THIS THEN THE LOYALTY CARD WON'T APPEAR IN YOUR GOOGLE PAY APP.
Step 8: Open your Google Pay application to check that the Surf Cafe loyalty card has been added.
